Higginsville Habilitation Center (HHC) is recruiting for a Treatment Manager in our HOPE Unit, domiciled in Higginsville, to be a part of a highly effective team that supports over 200 employees, that makes a difference in the lives of adults with developmental disabilities. HHC is a state operated program within the Department of Mental Health and supports 40+ individuals receiving 24/7 services. The HOPE Unit provides crisis services to individuals that have lived in the community at some point and their aggression, self-injurious behavior, or suicidal ideation has become a disruption as a community member. At HOPE, we work with these folks on best medication management, self-regulation practices, and how to return to the community being the best version of themselves as possible.
Responsibilities:
The Treatment Manager is a managerial position accountable for the administrative management of a treatment unit. Responsible for setting work schedules, delegating assignments, assigning tasks. The Treatment Manager is also accountable for establishing employee policies and procedures.
The Treatment Manager for the HOPE Unit is an integral member of the interdisciplinary treatment team, developing and reviewing individualized habilitation plans and behavioral objectives, implementing individual/group program activities and completing assessments, evaluations and other individual reports. Other responsibilities include supervising, coaching, and providing leadership to the HOPE team.
Schedule:
Scheduled to work 8:00 am - 4:30 pm with Saturday and Sunday as days off, working a flexible schedule as needed.
