The Home Visiting programs and Safe Cribs for Missouri Program within the Office of Childhood provide voluntary, high quality, early childhood home visiting services and access to other resources free of charge to Missouri residents, to provide the opportunity for children to grow up healthy, safe, ready to learn, and for their families to have the ability to be active participants in this journey.- Support the administration of the Early Childhood Integrated Data System (ECIDS).
- Analyze Office of Childhood program needs using research and fact-finding techniques.
- Analyze indicators in conjunction with other analysts, identifies potential errors, and recommends necessary corrective actions.
- Assist with administration and transition of Home Visiting data in REDCap and Visit Tracker systems.
- Monitor the quality of data gathered through web-based systems.
- Prepare data and corresponding explanations for trends, as needed, for required grant reports.
- Respond to internal and external data requests.
- Assist the Senior Research Analyst and serve as a backup to team members, when needed.
- Maintain familiarity with state laws and regulations applicable to home visiting.
- Demonstrate regular, reliable, and engaged attendance.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university with a major in data science, mathematics, computer science, finance, or other related area.
OR
• Four or more years of professional or technical experience in providing statistics, data collection, data management, or research, and possession of a high school diploma or high school equivalency.
