- Support the administration of the Early Childhood Integrated Data System (ECIDS).
- Analyze Office of Childhood program needs using research and fact-finding techniques.
- Analyze indicators in conjunction with other analysts, identifies potential errors, and recommends necessary corrective actions.
- Assist with administration and transition of Home Visiting data in REDCap and Visit Tracker systems.
- Monitor the quality of data gathered through web-based systems.
- Prepare data and corresponding explanations for trends, as needed, for required grant reports.
- Respond to internal and external data requests.
- Assist the Senior Research Analyst and serve as a backup to team members, when needed.
- Maintain familiarity with state laws and regulations applicable to home visiting.
- Demonstrate regular, reliable, and engaged attendance.

Minimum Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university with a major in data science, mathematics, computer science, finance, or other related area.
OR • Four or more years of professional or technical experience in providing statistics, data collection, data management, or research, and possession of a high school diploma or high school equivalency.
