    The Information Management & Technology Network & Voice Services is seeking to fill one (1) Communications Engineer position in the section. The position will provide communications engineering support for wired, wireless, VoIP/telephony, Security, and other communications systems, equipment, servers, software applications and infrastructure for IT technologies supporting LAWA critical applications, cloud computing, and various LAWA projects and initiatives; applies sound supervisory principles and techniques in building and maintaining an effective work force; and fulfills affirmative action responsibilities. Reviews progress, organize, and update ServiceNow tickets associated with these projects and initiatives ensuring proper services and deliveries. Perform general administrative duties such as preparing presentations and approving memos, reports, timesheets, conducting staff meetings, etc. May occasionally be assigned to other duties for training purposes or to meet technological changes or emergencies.

    Angeles Fire & Police Pensions and the Los Angeles City Employees’ Retirement System).
