The Bay Area Air Quality Management District (Air District) is a regional government agency, committed to achieving clean air to protect the public's health and the environment. The Air District is currently accepting applications for the position Human Resources Analyst I/II (Training and Organizational Development Analyst) in the Human Resources Division. This is an open recruitment for one (1) full time, exempt, confidential position.
About the Position:
The Human Resources Analyst I/II (Training and Organizational Development Analyst) is responsible for administering and developing Air District-wide organizational development and training activities, including coordinating training for individuals and departments, conducting training related to human resources, and administering the learning management system. The Human Resources Analyst I/II (Training and Organizational Development Analyst) may also work on other human resources initiatives and projects including our mentoring and internship programs, various fellowship initiatives, and work related to our 5-year Air District Strategic Plan.
