We are recruiting to fill a Communications Management Analyst II position in the Communications Support Unit to perform mid-level work creating visual communication products used to support programs and services of the organization.
- Design print and online versions of maps, charts, brochures, icons and other visual elements using a variety of computerized systems.
- Assist with the design of presentations, reports, forms, videos and other materials.
- Collaborate with others on the communications team and across the organization.
- Help with other projects not related to graphic design work.
Minimum qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field of study and 1 year of professional experience in a related field.
Additional experience above the minimum stated may be substituted on a year-for-year basis for the required education.
Preferred qualifications: - Knowledge of graphic art methods and the general principles of layout and design as applied to informational products.
- Knowledge of computer graphics programs, font styles, file formats and the operation of various electronic equipment.
- Ability to create posters, drawings, diagrams, charts, maps, brochures and illustrations using a variety of computerized systems.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office.
