    Providing clerical support for the Purchasing Card (P-Card) program in Supply Chain Services (SCS).

    •Monitoring the P-Card general email, assisting with help desk calls and in person, and voicemail daily; and disseminating P-Card notifications.

    •Recording and processing P-Card applications, requests, and other related forms; and maintaining and electronically filing P-Card documents.

    •Assisting with account maintenance in the online banking system.

    •Scheduling P-Card pick up appointments; coordinating and scheduling P-Card meetings and training classes.

    •Creating P-Card transaction and ad-hoc reports; reviewing monthly Retirement

    Report; and preparing files for record retention.

    •Provide administrative support and customer service for the Direct Bill Lodging program.

    •Serve as backup administrative support and customer service for SCS reporting such as eRSP, Ethics, and other ad-hoc reports.

    •May perform other job-related duties as needed.

    •Daily on-site reporting is required
