ResponsibilitiesSpecifically, this position:
- Operating electrical and gas-powered tools to support various tasks.
- Assisting with plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, masonry, farm and ranch operations, natural resource restoration, and other skilled trades.
- Collaborating with heavy equipment operators to complete projects efficiently.
- Operating heavy equipment such as tractors, skid-steers, bobcats, backhoes, and trucks with trailers.
- Taking on additional duties as needed to ensure job performance and project success.

- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and long distances over rough terrain.
- Strength to push, pull, and lift heavy objects as needed.
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining groundskeeping equipment, including mowers and string trimmers.
- Clear and concise communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Capability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- A friendly and welcoming demeanor to greet and assist a wide variety of park visitors, ensuring effective communication with diverse individuals and groups.
- Strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, agency representatives, and community members.
- Experience in ranch and agricultural operations is highly valued.
