Our primary office is located in Fort Collins, and our second office is in Loveland. Both are set in a picturesque region featuring the Cache La Poudre and Big Thompson rivers, Horsetooth Reservoir, and Rocky Mountain National Park. This position is Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., with some after-hour work required.

- Representing the District Attorney's Office in criminal proceedings, including case scheduling, plea negotiations, probation revocation hearings, motions, and sentencing.
- Reviewing summonses, tickets, evidence, and witness statements submitted by law enforcement.
- Evaluating whether a crime has been committed, determining its nature, and assessing whether the evidence supports prosecution.
