This full-time position is located at Bellefontaine Habilitation Center, 10695 Bellefontaine Rd., Saint Louis, MO 63137. Regular work schedule will be Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 p.m., with Saturday/Sunday/Holidays off. This position will be responsible for male and female homes. Schedule flexibility is necessary for the care of our consumers. The work schedule includes one late night a week, a third shift every 6 weeks, one weekend shift (1/2 day) approximately every 8 weeks, and adjustment of schedule based on the needs of the homes and staff this position supports.

This position consists of professional program planning, management, and supervisory work of substantial scope and complexity for a treatment unit in an inpatient mental health facility for persons with developmental disabilities.
- As a Qualified Developmental Disabilities Professional, you will develop, implement, coordinate and evaluate individual habilitation, rehabilitation and treatment plans.
- Investigate reports of infractions and complaints, record each consumer’s progress, initiate periodic reviews and special studies, and prepare reports .
Per CMS Guidelines §483.430 to meet Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP), you will need three years of experience providing services to a person with intellectual disabilities, one of which must be in a supervisory role,
and a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Physical Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, Recreation, or Human Services (sociology, special education, rehabilitation counseling, or psychology).
