This position will be located at the St. Louis Regional Office: 7545 S. Lindbergh Blvd., St. Louis, MO 63125.
- Data entry and data management related to wastewater and stormwater monitoring results.
- Provide guidance to permittees and coworkers on regulatory compliance.
- Generate reporting due date reminders and follow-up with non-compliant facilities.
- Review monitoring data and report submittal noncompliance lists.
- Prepare reports for management review.
- Manage St. Louis Regional Office water pollution control files and reports.
- Provide data query, laboratory, sampling, and field observation support for inspections and investigations.
- Other duties as assigned, including conducting compliance inspections, and investigating environmental emergencies in the field such as sanitary sewer overflows and fish kills.

- Environmental Science: Knowledge of the concepts, principles, theories, and methods to protect and improve the quality of the environment and its resources; and to monitor, control, abate, and prevent pollutants.
Equivalent to those typically gained by:
- A bachelor's degree and 0-4 years’ experience in regulatory, environmental, or public service fields.
