This applicant must have reliable transportation, extensive computer knowledge, and the ability to multi-task a high volume of work.
What you will do: - Order and process invoices through MissouriBuys or admin vouchers.
- Process checks through SAMII
- Schedule meetings for the Division Director and/or Program Managers as needed.
- Create and submit documents in DocuSign for signatures.
- Create and submit out-of-state travel and training forms.
- Assist with new hires.
- Answer minimum wage and child labor calls to comply with Missouri Statutes.
- Assist with the State Board of Mediation processes.
- Other duties as assigned.
All you need for success:Qualifications - 4 years of relevant experience or a Bachelor’s degree
Desired Attributes: - Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word).
- Comprehensive knowledge of office practices, procedures, and equipment.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and the public.
- Ability to complete assignments accurately within specified timeframes.
