Work Schedule: This position must be available during the department's core business hours with a work schedule of 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday.

- General clerical duties, answering call-center telephones, processing mail, scanning, maintaining and ordering supplies for the Division, staff scheduling and calendar maintenance.
- Opening and maintaining cases in the web-based case management system.
- Preparing monthly and annual budget statistics.
- Scheduling, preparing and handling documents for subpoenas, conferences and other legal documents within the Division.
- Archiving through the State of Missouri Agency Tracking (SMART) system.
- Accessing and processing confidential National Insurance Crime Bureau (NICB) fraud reports and referring the reports, as deemed appropriate.
What are the qualifications for the position? - 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in administrative or support service functions, particularly with regard to executive staff.
- Comprehensive knowledge of office practices, procedures, systems, and equipment.
- Prior customer service with ability to communicate effectively.
- Maintain positive working relationships and conduct duties with courtesy and respect to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize assignment(s) to meet deadlines and quality requirements.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Email/Calendar). Exposure to platforms, such as Tableau, Qualtrics and Box.com is preferred.
- Exposure to state regulations and laws related to the business of insurance.
- Have active SMART certification or obtain SMART certification within 3 months from date of hire.
