- Develop new web Java applications using the Scrum framework.
- Refine and estimate Product Backlog Items.
- Write and update technical specifications.
- Coordinate and work with agency staff on open tickets and requests.
- Work independently and within a team environment.
- Existing application maintenance including bug fixes and small enhancements.
- Java, J2EE(JSP, Servlet, EJB), DB2, SQL, HTML, CSS, MVC, Bootstrap, Web Application Security, JavaScript, Spring Boot, Struts.

- Understanding of Scrum framework.

- Experience with ServiceNow is a plus.
