This is a new position within the Office of Administration's Information Technology Services Division (ITSD) that will be responsible for facilitating solicitation requests for various information technology products and services.
This position is with the Office of Administration, Information Technology Services Division (OA-ITSD) serving the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO).

- Communicate with agencies to determine needs.
- Within established guidelines, implement a proper procurement path.
- Facilitate the preparation of solicitation documents for issuance related to IT projects and professional services.
- Issue IT project solicitations and facilitate vendor inquiries.
- Conduct evaluations of bids received with agency stakeholders and appropriate IT technical functional area stakeholders.
- Make contract awards.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding contracted staff when applicable.
- Handle a portfolio of established contracts to monitor for renewals, terminating contracts, and amendments that may be required.
- Work with the MissouriBUYS system to submit contract requests.
- Ability to work independently in assessing and managing priorities.

- Experience and knowledge in public procurement is strongly preferred.
