- Perform data entry that supports the functions of the Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA), Certified Medication Technician (CMT), Level One Medication Aide, (L1MA and Insulin Administration (IA) registry.
- This unit utilizes the PROD system, Outlook, and KOFAX. It requires the ability to accurately enter data and validate correspondence in a timely manner.
- Further, this employee will process reciprocity requests, provide correspondence and add the student to the registry.
- Answering phone calls during the call center hours, while providing assistance and guidance needed
- Provide and assists with challenge request for the CNA certification by processing, verifying and corresponding with the applicant.
Minimum Qualifications: - 1-3 years of relvant experience. (Substitutions may be allowed)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Time management and flexibility
- The ability to prioritize in a fast pace environment
