This position will be located at the Southwest Regional Office, 2040 West Woodland, Springfield, MO 65807.
- Conduct operator training courses, including wastewater certification courses.
- Provide compliance assistance and technical assistance to wastewater systems, both in the office and onsite.
- Prepare documentation that is timely and accurate, and conduct follow-up work for timely assistance
- Maintain analytical equipment, reagents, sampling and laboratory supplies and, develop and coordinate the quality assurance/quality control program for field and laboratory equipment.
- Perform other related work as assigned.
This position is required to obtain and maintain a current "A" or "B" Wastewater license.

- A valid Missouri State Driver’s License
Equivalent to those typically gained by:
- A Bachelor’s degree in environmental sciences, natural resources, physical sciences, or a closely related field, and 4 or more years of relevant experience.
- A minimum of 3.5 years of in-plant wastewater experience.
