This position will be located at the Missouri Department of Natural Resources’ Air Pollution Control Program, 1659 East Elm St., Jefferson City, MO.
- Coordinate air program responses to sunshine requests according to the state open records protocol.
- Assist department staff and stakeholders with accessing air program records to ensure responses are timely and complete.
- Manage the new and existing records in the air program’s electronic file room.
- Digitize historical air program records.
- Coordinate the archiving and disposition of air program records with the Secretary of State’s office.
To be successful in this position, a candidate will need the following skills:
- Clerical : Knowledge of filing, typing, entering data, maintaining records, taking shorthand, and using and completing forms.
- Information Management : Identifies a need for and knows where or how to gather information; organizes and maintains information or information management systems.
Equivalent to those typically gained by:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience (Substitutions may be allowed).
