The City of Henderson announces an examination to create an eligibility list and to fill one (1) vacancy for the classification of Digital Marketing Specialist in the Department of Communications. The eligibility list may be utilized to fill vacancies for this classification for up to one (1) year.
Under general supervision, prepares and executes effective digital marketing strategies for the City, including distinct and successful digital experiences for our customers; and performs related duties as assigned.

A successful candidate will possess professional-level experience with the following: - Planning and executing all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, and display advertising campaigns.
- Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
- Planning, executing, and measuring experiments and conversion tests.
- Collaborating with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
-Measuring and reporting performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs).
-Identifying trends and insights and optimizing spend and performance based on the insights.
Salary and Benefits - Competitive Salary Range of $31.40 - $47.10 hourly ; salary placement for non-represented positions is based on a comprehensive compensation review and takes into consideration the candidate's qualifications as well as internal equity

- The standard schedule for this position is Monday - Thursday, 7:30am - 5:30pm (4 day work week)

Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college with major course work in marketing, business management, or closely related field
- Three (3) years of full-time experience in SEM, SEO, and targeted ad strategy; AND prior experience implementing A/B testing, audience segmentation strategies, and reporting campaign results
- Note: An equivalent combination of related training and experience may be considered
