The RSM Program, at Fulton State Hospital is looking for energetic, caring, enthusiastic individuals to join our team providing specialized services to forensic clients as a Timekeeper. This position assists in the operation of multiple living areas.
What you’ll do: - Audit absenteeism records with submitted time and attendance records for consistency and accuracy, as well as tracking sick leave/absenteeism incidents.
- Follow policy guidelines, process, and send detailed counseling or disciplinary actions to supervisors/management for them to present to employees as needed.
- Maintain an accurate timekeeping ledger sheet for each assigned employee, maintaining accurate leave balances of all leave codes.
- Familiarize yourself with timekeeping software and applications, including SAM II and Care Ware.
- Accurately complete time and attendance reports.
- Be familiar with all time keeping deadlines.
- Provide back-up for clerical positions within program.
Minimum Qualifications - 1-3 years of relevant experience. (Substitutions may be allowed.)
Preferred QualificationsTwo or more years of experience as an Administrative Support Clerk with the Missouri Uniform Classification and Pay System; and possession of a high school diploma or proof of high school equivalency.
ORThree or more years of experience in office support work; and possession of a high school diploma or proof of high school equivalency.
(Earned credit hours from an accredited college or university may substitute on a year-for-year basis for the required experience at a rate of 30 earned credit hours for one year.)

- Experience using Microsoft Office documents (word, excel, etc.)
- Organized and efficient in completing all tasks in a timely manner
- Self-sufficient in performing tasks once trained
