  • Job Description

    This position is located at Bellefontaine Habilitation Center, 10695 Bellefontaine Rd., Saint Louis, MO 63137. Working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with Saturday/Sunday/Holidays off. You may need to flex hours for oversight of the various shifts on a regularly scheduled basis to meet the needs of the facility.

    You will be working with staff who enjoy caring for persons who are impacted by a mental illness or developmental disability. You can make a difference in the lives of our consumers so they too have the opportunity to pursue their dreams, live their lives to the fullest, and be a valued member of their community.

    Design, implement, and modify behavior support plans for a caseload of up to 35 persons with developmental disabilities to enhance adaptive behaviors and diminish challenging behaviors. Train staff in Advanced and Basic Safety Care.

    Possession of a current license to practice as a Behavior Analyst in Missouri.

    Board Certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BCBA).

    Strong observation skills.

    Ability to get along well with our consumers, family members, co-workers, and administration.
