- Provide on-site and remote technical assistance to 28 assigned WIC local agencies in northwest Missouri.
- Conduct approximately 15 assigned local agency on-site management evaluations yearly to ensure WIC program compliance with federal and state regulations, policies, and the WIC local agency scope of work.
- Review and approve corrective action plans (CAP) and CAP progress reports when findings are identified during a management evaluation.
- Review and exercise approval authority for purchases and expenses for annual local agency plans (LAPs).
- Assess program compliance and effectiveness through review of data from Crystal Reports.
- Utilize the Missouri WIC Information Network System (MOWINS) to analyze compliance with the WIC program.
Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Self-motivated with ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- A valid drivers license.
