Higginsville Habilitation Center (HHC) is recruiting for a Behavior Analyst, and to be a part of a highly effective team that supports over 200 employees, that makes a difference in the lives of adults with developmental disabilities. HHC is a state operated program within the Department of Mental Health and supports 40+ individuals receiving 24/7 services.

- Accountable for preparing and administering behavior support plans to enhance adaptive behaviors and diminish challenging behaviors resulting in restrictive interventions or placements for individuals with mental illness and/or developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of mental illness and/or developmental disabilities and their effect on individual cognitive and behavioral functioning
- Ability to assess and interpret behaviors and data, and train facility staff, caregivers, and family members in behavioral analysis techniques
The Behavioral Analyst needs to be outgoing, detailed orientated, to be a team player, work well with others, have good time management skills, possess leadership skills, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and to be proficient with Microsoft Office and other computer programs.
Minimum Qualifications:Must be licensed to practice as a Behavior Analyst in the State of Missouri
