The Enterprise Functions Unit supports functions Division-wide by providing data analytics, statistical reporting, training, and reviewing processes for improvement and standardization. The Unit also supports the Division’s modernization efforts by coordinating Division staff and efforts and prioritizing work assignments.
What you will do: - Assist the Enterprise Functions Manager by organizing and evaluating the Division’s technology needs, assets requested and Help Desk Tickets so the Division can keep moving forward with the most efficient operations.
- Act as liaison between DWC and ITSD by submitting and monitoring Help Desk tickets, coordinating technical updates, and providing technical support to DWC Staff, as needed.
- Account management of DWC maintained software, including Box.com, Filebound, and DWC’s AICS computer system.
- Provide asset management by maintaining the Division’s equipment through iTrack, coordinating DWC phones and working with Financial Management to track and maintain all DWC copiers, printers, and scanners.
All you need for success: Qualifications - 4 years of relevant experience OR a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study
