    Salary:

    General Maintenance Technician I - $19.14 - $24.40

    General Maintenance Technician II - $20.29 - $25.86

    Nature of Work
    General Maintenance Technician I
    Performs skilled work involving general maintenance and repair of plumbing infrastructure at Camping World Stadium and/or other areas assigned within Orlando Venues. Responsibilities include routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and restorative maintenance of bathroom fixtures, grease traps, irrigation, water heaters and boilers, gas lines, and common plumbing assets. Assemble, install, and make repairs to best practices and or specifications. Work is performed under general supervision and is reviewed through periodic inspections, direct observation, and condition of facilities. Must be able to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays on event days.

    General Maintenance Technician II

    Minimum Requirements

    General Maintenance Technician I
    High school graduate or G.E.D. Training in the maintenance and repair of plumbing.
    Two years’ experience in general building maintenanceand plumbing
    Journey Level competencytraining preferred.
    Florida Driver License required prior to employment.

    General Maintenance Technician II
    High school graduate or G.E.D. Training in the maintenance and repair of plumbing.
    Four years’ experience in general building maintenanceand plumbing
    Journeymen Plumbing License
    Florida Driver License required prior to employment.

    VALID DRIVER LICENSE FROM ANY STATE MUST BE PRESENTED AT TIME OF INTERVIEW. VALID FLORIDA DRIVER LICENSE MUST BE PRESENTED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF HIRE.

    If this posting indicates a degree is required, the following experience will apply in lieu of any degree as follows:
    • Two (2) years of direct experience for an associate degree;
    • Four (4) years of direct experience for a bachelor's degree;
    • Six (6) years of direct experience for a master's degree; or
    • Nine (9) years of direct experience for a doctoral degree.
