Job Location: This position will be located at 930 Wildwood Drive, Jefferson City, MO 65109.

- Assist Programs with purchasing issues
- Supervise employees responsible for procurement/payment functions
- Assist programs with developing and processing contract requests
- Set staff priorities for processing purchase/payment documents
- Maintain and update procurement tracking systems based on program request.
- 4-6 years of relevant experience or a Bachelor’s degree and 0-2 years of relevant experience. (Substitutions may be allowed.)
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel and Access
- Ability to organize and plan
- Ability to communicate effectively
