What You'll Be DoingWake County Capital Workforce Development has an immediate opening for an Accountability Specialist to monitor service providers and local area progress toward achievement of federal performance and pay for performance measures, including developing pay for performance measures. This position will provide ongoing review and audit of Local Area data, monitoring the quality of data entry and system users' proficiency to address problem areas promptly. In addition to leading Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act Data Validation annual effort, this position serves as Local Area Super User providing feedback to the NC Division of Workforce Development. The Accountability Specialist also reviews, compiles and analyzes information to track performance and for reporting purposes, while serving as the lead for IBM SkillsBuild and the Access NCWorks platforms.

The Basics (Required Education and Experience) - Associate's degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field
