    Job Location: This position will be located at 930 Wildwood Drive, Jefferson City.

As part of this role, you will be responsible for training new WIC employees on federal and state policies, as well as providing local agency staff with access to training resources.     What you’ll do:

    • Develop and present a variety of WIC trainings to local agency staff in both in-person and virtual settings.
    • Coordinate teams of state and local agency staff and other stakeholders, as needed, for the development or revision of training presentations and materials.
    • Identify and promote external trainings to improve local agency staff skills and knowledge.
    • Collaborate with external stakeholders to promote the WIC program and benefit WIC participants.
    • Develop and maintain training references and forms.


    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of relevant experience.
    • Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
    • Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
    • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
    • A valid drivers license.


    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Registered Dietitian, Licensed in Missouri.
