GENERAL DESCRIPTION :
Under the direction of the Technical Service Manager, this position performs entry-level computer systems analysis work of Windows Server, SharePoint and Microsoft Power Platform. Provides day-to-day support and resolution for incident and problem calls, including troubleshooting of system software and hardware issues, under the State of Texas Data Center Contract. Performs data access policy permission and performance tuning configurations. Assists in completing projects that cross functional Agency divisions, other State of Texas Agencies, and Service Providers. Assists in the preparation of recommendations, project plans, procedural and other technical documents for management. Works under close supervision, with minimal latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. Performs additional duties as assigned. Complies with all Agency, Division and Branch rules, regulations and procedures.
Qualifications: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
Education :
60 semester hours from an accredited college or university .
Experience :
Six months' full-time experience in Systems Administration or Systems Analysis.
Licensure :
Must possess a valid State driver's license.
ACCEPTABLE SUBSTITUTIONS :
Education :
One additional year of the required full-time experience may substitute for 30 semester of the required education, with a maximum substitution of 30 semester hours .

Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree in a Technology related field.
Experience :
One year experience in Systems Analysis.
