Larimer County's Mac Arena and Barn event setup team is seeking individuals with schedule flexibility, including weekends and holidays. Expect a mix of morning, evening, and night shifts as we prepare for various events including setting horse / Livestock panels, cleaning stalls, tables, chairs, drape staging and more. The Ranch Events Complex has earned a reputation as one of the region's premier event and entertainment complexes. The Ranch campus also includes the Budweiser Events Center, a 7,200 seat multi-purpose venue that is host to a variety of family shows, rodeos, comedy events, concerts, and the Colorado Eagles.
This position typically offers a part-time schedule of 30-39 hours per week, with standard working hours from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

- Moves, sets and cleans horse and livestock panels when cleaning, setting and moving stalls.
- Ensures a detail oriented individuals ensure event set-ups and teardowns are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Supports facility cleanliness and maintains an appealing appearance to the event area.
- Has the ability to work at all event sites on The Ranch campus including Expo area, outside, horse
barn area, livestock arena area and maintenance shop. - Has the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.

We are looking for a candidate that will:
- Have schedule flexibility, as scheduled events heavily influence staffing requirements.
- Have the ability to learn to operate equipment including a forklift, auto-scrubber, auto-sweeper, skid steer and more.
- Possess basic understanding of email, phone applications and Google calendar, Google drive and Google sheets.
- Have the ability to comprehend and follow detailed directions regarding event activities and/or general maintenance tasks.
- Bring previous barn experience.
QualificationsAll candidates will be screened for the following required minimum qualifications. Any candidate who does not meet all of the qualifications listed as required will be eliminated from the process.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Possession of a valid Driver's License preferred.
