Annual Salary: $34,992.00 - $49,908.00DOR’s vision is to provide every customer the best experience every time. HOW THIS POSITION SUPPORTS THE DEPARTMENT’S VISION: The Financial Services Accountant position will assist all division within the Department of Revenue in many different avenues of fiscal services, some of which include financial statement preparation, nonstate spending plans, fixed assets, and managed print services.
DUTIES PERFORMED TO SUPPORT THE DEPARTMENT’S VISION: - Monthly financial statement preparation
- Monthly account reconciliations
- Manage the managed print contract services and act as liaison between department and vendor
- Prepare monthly nonstate spending plans
- Review and approve SAM II and MissouriBuys documents
- Assist with ACFR preparation
- Assist with the Department Annual Report
- Other duties as assigned

Self-directed Attention to Detail Clear Communication
QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- 2 years’ experience in accounting or closely related work
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Knowledge of SAM II and MissouriBuys
- Experience in financial statement preparation
