- Two (2) years of street and/or wet utility construction, planning or engineering design experience.
- TEEX training in Work Zone Safety, Water, Sewer, Lime, Cement, and Construction
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Must pass a MVR check and criminal background check.
- Must possess valid Texas Class C driver's license.
Under general supervision, the Construction Inspector inspects, evaluates, reviews, and manages development construction projects for compliance with specifications, standards, materials, and methods that meet or exceed Town specifications in the installation of streets, wet utilities, franchise utilities and various aspects of development site improvements. Ensures safety of the public during construction activities.
