Job Summary STARTING SALARY:
End User Device Administrator I: $28.28 - $36.07 hourly, depending on qualifications
End User Device AdministratorII: $28.90 - $38.30hourly, depending on qualifications
End User Device AdministratorIII: $31.51 - $41.75hourly, depending on qualifications
Job Description:Performs professional, administrative, and technical work related to designing, building, implementing, and maintaining the platforms used to manage End User Devices (EUD). These platforms are used to manage all EUDs within the enterprise remotely. This position is responsible for the maintenance of these essential systems, which may include assessing performance, completing regular maintenance, diagnosing issues, and repairing problems. The incumbent oversees and assists in the overall maintenance of the application data and database landscape by establishing best practices and communicating and implementing application data policies and procedures that drive improved efficiency, productivity, and security. This position works in a team environment, as well as autonomously, to resolve problems. Work is performed under the general supervision of the Network Support Manager and is subject to periodic review and evaluation.
The following skillsets are desirable:
- Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, formerly known as System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
- Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Powershell scripting
- Experience and proficiency with Apple Device Management And Security solutions such as JAMF
Minimum Qualifications:End User Device Administrator I: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field and one (1) year of technical experience in IT, network management, and system administration
required; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with Microsoft Active Directory (AD), storage area networks (SAN), server virtualization platforms, backup & restore solutions, Microsoft Server, Linux Server, and server patching desired.
End User Device Administrator II: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field and three (3) years technical experience in IT, network management, and system administration
required; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Experience with Microsoft Active Directory (AD), storage area networks (SAN), server virtualization platforms, backup and restore solutions, Microsoft Server, Linux Server, and server patching desired.
End User Device Administrator III: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field and five (5) years of technical IT experience, network management and system administration experience
required; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Experience with Microsoft Active Directory (AD), storage area networks (SAN), server virtualization platforms, backup and restore solutions, Microsoft Server, Linux Server, and server patching
required.
