- Responsible for the development of and presenting of presentations to program partners and the community.
- Development of online training modules or the HIV Rapid Testing Training
- Participate in the HIV Prevention Program contract monitoring site visits and appraising contractual deliverables regarding testing activities.
- Responsible for the maintaining and updating program manuals for the HIV and STI program and contractor manuals.
- Participate in HIV/STI Prevention Program trainings.
- Assist in facilitating an annual HIV testing meeting, including identification of agenda items, meeting arrangements, and planning programs or updates for this meeting.
- Participate in the completing HIV/STI Prevention Program annual reports.
- Responsible for ensuring 340B registration of contractors in compliance with policy.
- Implementation of monthly and quarterly calls with regional partners.
- Responsible for ensuring implementation and execution of program supply contracts and Memorandums of Understanding with program partners.
- Assist in order processing of medication and condom order records, and assure transport of supplies from one site to another as needed to avoid expiration
Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelors Degree or equivalent
- Ability to communicate daily with contractors and suppliers via phone calls and emails to address programmatic needs. Effective communication is essential in this position.
- Ability to travel for trainings, site visits, and outreaches as needed; one or two day trips per month, and infrequent overnight trips
- Ability to evaluate contract deliverables and contractor performance ensuring program requirements are met.
- Knowledge of personal computer, copy machine, printer, telephone, standard Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to walk, sit for several hours during the work day, and lift no more than fifty pounds (boxes of items ordered for contractors).
