The City of Camas has a population of approximately 26,000. The Camas Police Department currently has 30 commissioned officers. Some specialty assignments include: Detectives, School Resource Officer and Field Training Officer.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and be at least 21 years of age. Finalists will undergo an extensive background check, drug screen, physical and psychological screening prior to final hire.
