Role
Our Information Technology Services (ITS) department is seeking a Customer Service Engineer/Records Lead for the Prescott office.
Under general supervision, provides tier one technical support to authorized users and performs technical work of moderate difficulty in operating, maintaining, archiving, and scanning equipment and software. Performs records management duties including responding to and processing requests for official County records.

Major Duties, Responsibilities- Performs overall front counter and service desk-related support tasks.
- Performs duties related to document management including film and digital conversions.
- Documents customer requests/issues; creates service desk requests.
- Resolves tier one requests for computer assistance from users, including resetting user accounts and passwords and troubleshooting basic technical issues.
- Interprets and processes requests for recorded documents from County employees and the public.
- Oversees day-to-day projects and employees assigned to those projects.
- Maintains county records retention schedules.
- Maintains Record Management and ITS Service Desk manuals.
- Creates and maintains user and technical operating instructions and documentation.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
A minimum of three (3) years of customer service or general office experience.
Additional Requirements:
Must possess a valid Arizona driver’s license.
