Building Coordinator for Health & Human Services!
The Building Coordinator oversees the Sunnybrook building's operation, safety, security, maintenance. The Sunnybrook building is the location for Wake County's main health clinics. If you are an organized individual with excellent attention to detail and able to communicate effectively, both verbally and written, the Administration team would like to meet you!
Other responsibilities include:
- Ensures that the building complies with all applicable regulations
- Recommends and coordinates improvements to the property as needed to ensure a safe, functional, and appealing space
- Designs with General Services and Wake County Health and Human Services Programs and Directors the strategies and steps to take in projects and renovations
- Provides coverage at the Sunnybrook Information Desk as needed
In the event of an emergency, as determined by the County Manager or designee, participation in preparedness and response operations should be expected. The employee selected for this position may be required to fill a temporary assignment in a role different from standard duties, work hours and/or work location in preparation for, during and after the emergency. This role may also be required to participate in relevant exercises and regular preparedness training.

The Basics (Required Education and Experience) - Associate's degree
- Two years of job-related experience
- Equivalent education and experience are accepted
