Job Description
Individual will be responsible for the primary telephone contact with retail accounts concerning placement of ticket inventory, disbursement of current promotional attainment information, and issues concerning courier delivery.
Individual will utilize current system tools in the analysis of account activity to direct the account in the area of product supply. Will be responsible for assigned accounts and their sales goals. Individual will develop a working, account rapport and understand area market trends.
Two years of office or public contact experience, and possession of a high school diploma or proof of high school equivalency. (College coursework may be substituted on a year-for-year basis for the stated experience). Individuals with inside sales or customer service experience will be given preference. A general knowledge of sales principles and retail and market trends is beneficial. Successful candidate must be able to pass an extensive background check.
