You will manage grants and contracts that support Missouri's sewer shed surveillance program; oversee data flow, analysis, interpretation, and dissemination; and help to use the data to better understand and mitigate the presence and spread of COVID-19 and other pathogens in the state. What you’ll do: - Manage the sewer shed surveillance program
- Coordinate, establish, maintain, and expand partnerships with federal, state, and local public health agencies, academic researchers, wastewater operators, and others.
- Manage grants and contracts that support the sewer shed surveillance program
- Oversee data flow, analysis, interpretation, and dissemination
- Review and assist in interpretation of sewer shed surveillance data to inform public health decisions
- Participate in and present at conference calls, meetings, and national conferences with federal, state, and local partners
All you need for success: Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in biological, physical, or environmental science and 4-6 years of relevant experience (substitutions may be allowed).
