The Program Supervisor is responsible for managing the Colorado Works and Employment First Case Management programs. They also ensure compliance with federal, state and county rules and regulations through direct and indirect management, and provide oversight, supervision and leadership to Colorado Works and Employment First Case Managers.
This is a hybrid position that will require at least one day per week in the office. The typical schedule will be Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm.

ResponsibilitiesSpecifically this position:
- Exercises direct, first-level supervision of positions, employees, operations, and activities within the program.
- Acts as liaison for assigned programs, clients, state, Department or office and conducts outreach.
- Develops and implements program policies and procedures.
- Ensures that all activity is consistent with program rules and regulations.
- Monitors implementation of policies and procedures governing work and service components.
- Reviews and responds to complaints or requests for information and acts as a technical and referral source for clients and public regarding assigned and related programs and services.
- Oversees the provision of program services within established guidelines, policies, and in compliance with program objectives.
- Assists team members in problem solving day-to-day operation(s) and program(s) issues.

- Be able to de-escalate communications with difficult clients.
- Ideally have experience with Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) and/or Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF) regulations
QualificationsAll candidates will be screened for the following required minimum qualifications. Any candidate who does not meet all of the qualifications listed as required will be eliminated from the process.
- Four (4) years experience in a directly related field or in the performance of similar duties.
- One (1) year of supervisory experience.
- Possess reliable transportation to be able to work in any County facility as needed and required.
- Must be at least 16 years of age, or 18 years of age if located at the Jail.

Supplemental InformationBecause this is a hybrid position, you will be required to have adequate internet access and space for remote work. Larimer County provides an annual remote work stipend to assist with equipment and office supply needs for remote workspaces.
In office work will be located at one of the following three locations: 1501 Blue Spruce Drive, Fort Collins, CO 2555 Midpoint Drive, Fort Collins, CO 200 Peridot Avenue, Loveland, CO.
All new employees and rehires will be required to submit fingerprints for a CBI criminal background check (c.r.s. 26-6-104).
All staff working in the Adult Protection Unit, or Office on Aging will be required to submit information for a Colorado Adult Protective Services data system check (c.r.s. 26-3-1-111).
