This position's official domicile is in Jefferson City, Missouri. The candidate selected will be required to work in office in Jefferson City, Missouri for a minimum of 6-8 weeks during the onboarding period. After a successful onboarding period, the candidate may be eligible for a hybrid schedule. If a hybrid schedule is approved, the candidate will be required to work in office in Jefferson City a minimum of two days per week. Flexible scheduling may also be considered.
- Provides data collection, data management, data analysis and reporting, and data design development.
- Compiles data and other information from multiple data sources.
- Creates routine data reports and responds to ad hoc data requests of internal and external stakeholders.
- Supports the development of standard reports.
- Routinely interacts with internal and external stakeholders, contractors and ITSD to ensure utilization and effective use of reporting tools.
- Interprets, analyzes and provides recommendations regarding data accuracy and data collection needs and processes.
- Works with unit to identify opportunities to enhance existing reports and to develop new data information processes and tools.
- Collaborates or works independently to complete special projects.
- Continuously assesses and improves data collection and reporting processes.
- Assists staff members with more complex and detailed projects including root cause analyses, trended reporting. and analyses which support continuous quality improvement leading to actionable information.
- Applies basic programming and technical skills to support data management and reporting requirements.
- Designs appropriate data repository and reporting tools that will be used to organize, analyze, and report data.
- Assists with data collection for continuous quality improvement projects across WIC.
- Effectively communicates information across a variety of audiences.
- Assist with the development and maintenance of Tableau dashboards.
- Participates and supports staff training related to data collection and reporting.
- Responds promptly to requests for information.
- Other related work as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience and/or certification.
- Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, organization and time management skills.
- Advanced skillset using Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in Tableau, SAS, SQL or similar data analysis tools is highly desired.
