We are looking for a passionate leader with a strong background in public health within a governmental setting who can inspire others and drive innovative solutions.
In this role, you will lead key areas such as food and water safety, air quality, environmental planning, zoonotic disease control, disease prevention, and wastewater management. This includes developing and implementing strategies, collaborating with community partners and regulatory agencies, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. You'll also be able to guide a dedicated team, drive innovative programs, and influence policies that promote public health and safety.

If you're ready to lead change and make a meaningful impact on Larimer County's health, we want to hear from you. Join us in shaping a healthier future!

LCDHE works to provide everyone in Larimer County the opportunity for a healthy life and values strategy, professionalism, equity, and teamwork. We are dedicated to fostering a workplace culture that prioritizes Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) in every aspect of our operations. We recognize that unconscious bias can undermine our DEI efforts, so we actively address it through ongoing education, training, and open dialogue. If you are committed to learning and engaging in actively cultivating a workplace that prioritizes inclusivity for marginalized communities, please consider applying and join us on our journey to foster a workplace where Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion are not just words, but principles that drive our collective success!
