You will work alongside our executive assistant to support leadership and program team members. Serving as the face of the Commission, you will be the first person to greet visitors at the door and on the phone. Salary: $42,136.56
EXAMPLES OF WORK- Serve as the first point of contact for individuals contacting the Missouri Veterans Commission, both in-person and via telephone
- Provide administrative support to the 4 teams/programs and leadership
- Compile and summarize data from various sources
- Compose correspondence and review documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established policies and procedures
- Enter, update, and retrieve information using available systems
- Work with procurement on office supply inventory and other purchase requisitions
- Serve as back-up to the Executive Assistant
- Receive, process, and distribute mail and faxes
QUALIFICATIONS- 3+ years of experience in an administrative role requiring a high level of customer service and support of executive team members
