Why you will love this position:This is a first-level professional position specializing in public contact work in the Missouri Division of Employment Security, Benefit Payment Control Special Investigations sub-unit. This position will work toward assisting to identify fraudulent unemployment claims, while maintaining constructive customer relationships.
What you will do: - Process identity verification data from local job centers.
- Review and process unit mail/emails.
- Interview claimants to secure information for use in fraud investigations.
- Process tips from other units within the division and outside sources.
- Exercise independent judgment and initiative within established laws, policies, and procedures.
- Demonstrate effective skip-tracing techniques by locating claimants contact information.
All you need for success: Qualifications - 4 years of relevant experience OR a Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field of study
