Minimum Qualifications - Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, public administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of related experience

Preferred Education & Experience
  • Master's degree in business, real estate, public administration, or a related field; and 3 years of project management, real estate, or construction management experience working with utilities.

Licensures and Certifications

Required: Valid driver’s license required.

Desirable: Project Management Professional (PMP); State of Georgia Real Estate license
