Position Description
Analyzes and coordinates office services such as personnel, budget preparation and control, fiscal affairs, equipment utilization, records control, and special management studies.

Major/Essential Functions
  • Team Player - Offers assistance to help with workload.
  • Prioritize and schedule daily workload.
  • Knowledge of TTUHSC and State of Texas Purchasing rules and regulations that impact the payment process.
  • Interacts with user departments and vendors on payment related issues in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • Working knowledge of the payment process in Banner and TechBuy.
  • Review invoices and receiving data against the purchase order or contract for accuracy, proper payment procedures, remit to and requested payment dates before processing invoice.
  • Process State and Local funded invoice payments.
  • Verify previous day's work for accuracy.
  • Research and resolve payment issues in a timely manner.
  • Runs daily production report and makes necessary corrections. Monitors daily suspense file in USAS and reconciles the daily state reports - FZRUASA and FZRUDTL.
  • Maintain and process the daily workflow of all e-invoices on E&G funds in TechBuy settlement manager.
  • Demonstrates a working knowledge of TechBuy Settlement Manager in order to process all e-invoices paid on E&G funds.
  • Processes Foreign wire payments.
  • Answer and return phone calls or email messages promptly in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • Works independently on other assignments scheduled. Prioritizes and completes in a timely manner.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in job related field plus two (2) years responsible related experience; OR a combination of related education and/or experience to equal six (6) years.
