Job Location: This position will be located at the Broadway State Office Building; 221 West High Street, Jefferson City, MO.

Primary responsibilities of this position include:

- Serving as the DSS Workers’ Compensation Coordinator
- Assisting with administration of the Employee Referral Program
- Developing and implementing human resources initiatives
- Performing other personnel duties such as preparing job notices and conducting applicant searches in MO Careers
Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years of relevant experience. (Substitutions may be allowed.) Professional human resource experience is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:Must possess excellent communication, problem-solving, time management, organizational and analytical skills, as well as the ability to exercise discretion and confidentiality. Knowledge of or experience with the State of Missouri’s workers’ compensation program a plus.
