Contra Costa Health has an excellent opportunity for two (2) full-time Systems Software Analyst I positions assigned primarily to the Information Technology Unit located in Concord, CA.

Minimum QualificationsEducation: Possession of a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university which included completion of 30 semester hours in computer science, information processing, or a closely related field.
Experience: One (1) year full-time, or its equivalent, experience in the design, implementation, and maintenance of operating systems software on complex multi-user systems
ANDtwo (2) years full-time or its equivalent programming experience on multi-user systems. At least one (1) year of the applications programming must have been in a higher level applications language (e.g., COBOL, C, or C++);
OR three (3) years full-time or its equivalent experience performing applications programming on multiple user systems which included two (2) years programming in a higher level applications language.
Substitution for Education: Additional applications programming experience in a higher level applications language or systems software experience of the type noted above may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis up to a maximum of two (2) years. No substitution is allowed for the required 30 semester hours in computer science, information processing, or a closely related field.
Desirable Qualifications:- Experience supporting cloud-hosted environments
- Vendor certifications for cloud related technologies
- Experience deploying and supporting (X)aaS technologies like Microsoft 365, Jira, Pagerduty, etc.
- Experience with Identity management solutions and product integrations
- Software development pipelines and associated tooling like Git, Ansible, Postman, Terraform, etc.
- Experience leveraging API integrations between platforms
