General Description:

The Watershed Operations Coordinator (OLIO-Administration) is a vital member of the Office of Linear Infrastructure Operations (OLIO), responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to senior leadership and their teams. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional who excels in project coordination, business operations, and executive communication. The Watershed Operations Coordinator will manage critical internal processes, serve as a liaison between OLIO’s divisions and external stakeholders, and ensure seamless execution of business and operational activities. Success in this role demands the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and contribute to the strategic objectives of the Office.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Administrative Support: Field high-level requests from senior leaders, ensuring clear communication and prioritization of tasks to support the office's daily operations

• Project Coordination: Coordinate and track training programs, AIM and facility requests, and legislative packages from initiation to completion, ensuring all processes are efficient and aligned with OLIO’s goals

• Business Operations: Oversee internal processes, manage reporting and data analysis, and support the execution of key operational activities to drive the office’s success

• Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a key liaison between OLIO’s divisions, external customers, and vendors, facilitating smooth communication and collaboration

• Event Management: Organize and manage team events and special initiatives, fostering team cohesion and advancing organizational objectives Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong administrative and interpersonal skills

• Ability to develop relationships, communicate effectively, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Strong organizational, project management, and analytical skills, with the ability to maintain accuracy in data management and reporting

Minimum Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Public Policy, Project Management or a related field from an accredited college or university

• Five or more years’ experience in business operations, administration, or project coordination in any industry

Preferred Qualification:

• Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Public Policy, Project Management, or a related field.

• Seven or more years of relevant experience in a business operations or project management role within a public works or utilities environment.

• Experience coordinating legislative, facilities management, or asset information management projects.
