Payment Services is seeking a manager to help transform it along with Procurement Services to a best in class Procure to Pay organization. Come join our team and be part of the transformation!

Department Summary

Payment Services is part of Strategic Business Services (SBS) and processes approximately 42,000 payment requests ($215 million) annually to vendors, students, faculty and staff.

Key Qualifications
  • Experience in financial analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency with a variety of computer applications including word-processing, spreadsheets, databases, on-line systems, Internet as well as online calendaring and email. Ability to use queries from financial systems and Microsoft Office programs, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and data analytic tools.
  • Working knowledge of or ability to quickly learn University infrastructure, policies and procedures.
  • Experience in a university/non-profit setting using PeopleSoft, Concur and Jaggaer applications.

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university with a major in accounting, business administration, finance or closely related field or comparable training and professional education.
  • Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
  • Three years of experience in an accounts payable supervisory role.

Salary and Benefits

The anticipated hiring range for this role is $88,000 - $92,000. Note that the offer is calculated based on the background and relevant years of experience of the individual selected.
