Rank of Assistant Professor/Associate Professor/Professor and applicable salary are dependent upon candidate's qualifications and experience.
Major/Essential Functions- Non Invasive, Advance Imaging- fellowship trained with strong capabilities in all cardiac imaging modalities, including echocardiography, Cardiac MRI, Nuclear cardiology, cardiac CT and CT angiography.
- Teaching of medical students, residents, and fellows in the following venues:
- bedside teaching
- lectures
- conferences
- fellow clinics
- Provide in-patient and out-patient clinical service
- Research activies are strongly encouraged
Occasional Duties
Provide general internal medicine in patient attendingInteractions with prisoners maybe required
Required Qualifications- MD, DO or MBBS.
- Completion of an Internal Medicine Residency.
- Completion of a Cardiology Fellowship.
- Completion of, or in process of completing, a Cardiac Imaging or Multi-Modality Fellowship.
- Board Certification in Cardiovascular Diseases.
- Ability to obtain a TX Medical License.
